Sometimes work life balance hampers if you are truly serious on your work as you need to bear the burden while others are not serious on their work and management tries to extract till last who are truly doing their jobs. Gives good pay to new hires and punishes loyal old employees.

The best thing about about Lexmark India has to be its People. Each and every person is approachable and never make you feel dumb when you ask them out for any help. And the WLB is also good here and since it doesn't have a bench so they don't overhire and hence job security is top notch!
