...oyee benefits were provided by the management like PF, gratuity, or even leaves. They cut my salary on regular basis even for coming 5 minutes late. No employee stays for more than 3 months long and leaves after facing mental harassment.

Management issues. Discrimination and harrasment with no clear instructions. Kindergarten like environment with bullies. Continuous mental harrasment!!!! The washrooms available on 2nd floor, which is a regular tedious task. With no permanent office location.

Working at Lex Mores has been an incredible experience. Our Founder is not only highly intelligent and amazing, but also very accommodating and warm, which creates an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. The opportunities of growth and learning here are truly exceptional. Team has strong sense of bonding and cohesiveness, Team Lead is very helpful and a great leader. With a five day work week, there is perfect work - life balance. Overall a fantastic place to work.

Worst decision I have ever made and I should have checked the reviews before. No growth professional or financial. I feel drained in such an environment. Serious issues with the management. They run this as a "lala ki dukan" and not like a law firm.
