I had high expectations from a brand like Levi’s who talks so much about employee well being. Like many, I fell for the brand name but I was heavily let down. The company(India) got a new CEO who is ambitious to make the company grow. However, with that came a lot of people in top ranks being let go and evident bias in hiring many people from his previous company (UCB). The attreation rate of the company is high and the employee morale across teams is low (Even 2 of the 3 HR heads quit recently ). I would say that it’s not the best time to work in Levi’s currently as the environment is unstable and not very positive.

Levis is a good and leading company for apparel in the world but even though in india salary package is a bit low to survive for mid class like me

...n salaries without proper justification. The management is misleading and fraud. One month you will get extra amount in salary under the name of increment and after 6 months they will keep deducting fraudulently saying the increment was never there.
