Levis is a good and leading company for apparel in the world but even though in india salary package is a bit low to survive for mid class like me

Good work environment and culture because they have great teamwork And the management was excellent because they are very supportive and company policies are good and fair they give salary and bonus every year

Lots of politics available and tha management doesnt address our issues salary decent but career growth is available but slow

Brand is good. Management is not good. Managing by third party. Salary also not at all. Incentive plane is good. Garments are good quality and also fitting is good enough also not costly.

Managing team is not good. They Everytime pinch each staff to do sale. Pinching is not a reason of good sale. They hire educated staff but they not treat as educated. It's not good. Everybody know why they are working for a company and why company is paying for.

...is the best Brand to learn retail. The oldest and best Denim brand in the world. The basic pay is less but the incentives schemes are very good. Which in turn help us to have a stronger focus on our numbers and drive the business. Working for them has been truly great and memorable.

Payroll is franchise. So if the franchise is good you get payments on time or else they get delayed.
