- No Job Security (Management hiring consultants when existing consultants having no projects from 5 months) - No brand name as LFC. - Discontinuity of Projects (Work 4 months and seat 2 months at home and then You will fire die to management incapable to take strategic planning with decisions. - No work life balance labor kind job (9 am to 2 am) - High risk of spoiling career as if you will get fire then you will not get job at that package. - If you want to tie a knot for suicide then LFC is the best organization for you. - No work life balance. - Management is Incapable to take right Strategic decision. - Financially very Incapable and Unstable organization which can spoil your career at any time.

Don't join, poor top management persons. No skill improvement and Micro Management at its peak

Dislikes

If you like to grow in your career, don't join this organisation. Even Operating Partners runs this organisation with their mood. Micro management is at it's peak and employees benefits are 0. They don't provide anything for welfare of Employees and treat them badly. Clearly DON'T JOIN whatever condition you are facing at your current organisation, you will definitely regret joining this Small Startup who make fool out of industries. It's better join something better or wait for another opportunity. NOBODY RETAINS IN THIS ORGANIZATION FOR LONG PERIOD AS THEY STARTS FEEL THEY WILL DEPLETE THEIR FUTURE SINCE NOBODY KNOWS THIS ORGANIZATION,Thus your career will be in danger and calls from different organisation for jobs will completely stop.
