They are not supporting their staff.I didn't get my salary during this pandemic situation even the March salary..I only get half salary for the month of march and after that till now I did not recieve any salary even doing work from home also.

Behaviour of old staff ..They all are rude and non-supporting person.

Likes

Employees and senior are so cooperative and friendly. Work culture are so friendly. You can there learn lots of things which can't be use to taught in various properties. Outstanding exposure given by seniors and Managers to junior and trainee. Best hotel in term of to gain experience and better understand the guest and their need because having 4 star property where probability to get interact with customer or guest get higher.

Dislikes

Lack of appropriate manpower. Management level are so weak and have lack of decision taking skill or ability. Lack of professionalism in employee and especially in management.

Likes

That was a good experience, senior are very supportive, get more chance to explore and learn new things, get chance to taoe opportunity. Etc.

Dislikes

All were good, but their environment was not good they abuse a lot, specially fnb mannager and other HODs. Speed of growth was very slow. Etc.

Atmosphere of working with colleagues and friends. Good for starting career opportunities in area from lucknow.

Dislikes

Terrible work experience never coordinator by seniors at the hardest situations they rely on others.
