It was overall a good experience. Teammates are nice and supportive. If you wish to join as sales representative than you might travel a lot. Company is growing potentially.

Overall experience is good with this company. But there are few people who just enjoying there position and knows nothing about work. Altough they are good in giving bonous and incentives and you have to work 5 days a week. But their is no job security.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
