NOTHING. This is a globalized organization. As this is a globalized organization, we also need to send the couriers in the international country which includes high courier charges.

No proper support from seniors and growth will be too slow, in fact no growth in the company people are stucked in same position from many years . Even though I was very senior from their competitors experienced for long time made me to sit in smaller position and treated with simple jobs and automatically pushed me down for the person who came for lesser salary than me. Manager behaved so silly with unwanted reasons to get himself down.
