The management is too much caring about their employees I really glad that understanding of team lead and team members is very professional.

I really not finding any cons in the entire process but I think management should have more employee engagement session.

In terms for company culture, there were both negative and positive aspect. On one hand company fostered a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Regarding Management: I found my manager generally supportive. I believe that more training and feedback could have been provided to help me excel in my role When it comes to work life balance: I appreciated the flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity for remote work. However there were times where overload and deadlines were overwhelming

However there were also instances where communication between departments could have been improved

At present, I am working with Leon's Digital technology pvt Ltd. I am heading HR profile like start to end work of HR, payroll, complains, taking interviews, events.

This is good company, I have no issues.
