Terrible culture. Warzone like situation and dictator like management.

Dislikes

You have to take permission before leaving even when you're leaving way after your scheduled timings, you have to greet both the directors everyday without fail, 2 or 3 people rule the firm and treat employees like garbage. Nobody cares about your requirements and you're expected to perform on their terms else they'll fire you. Long hours way beyond your offer letter timings, no facilities, low salaries and terrible work culture. It can't get worse than this.

Earlier I hadn't experience in statutory compliances but now I have great exposure in that. Many positive changes I have found in company and employees according to time. We are working like professionals now and in future we'll be best one of companies and working professionals.

Office Structure but soon this will be going change.
