Terrible culture. Warzone like situation and dictator like management.

You have to take permission before leaving even when you're leaving way after your scheduled timings, you have to greet both the directors everyday without fail, 2 or 3 people rule the firm and treat employees like garbage. Nobody cares about your requirements and you're expected to perform on their terms else they'll fire you. Longhours way beyond your offer letter timings, no facilities, low salaries and terrible work culture. It can't get worse than this....Read More
