Lenskart has no Regard for your personal life. They make you work 18-hour shifts under the guise of a 9-hour shift, without pay, and the incentive plan is huge, but no one ever gets it because they have found many ways to cut incentives. Working here is a lot of stress. After working for 3 years and managing 2 stores, I increased the revenue of the first store from 11 lakhs to 24 lakhs and the second store from 17 lakhs to 19 lakhs, but my salary saw no growth. They keep saying "what have you done?" There is no appreciation for the store manager or salespeople. They only appreciate optometrists because they think that without optometrists, they can't run the store, but they believe the store can easily run without salespeople and managers.

Nothing is good about this company apart from learning something like how to clean specks and floor, toilets and handling customer issues. If you work with lenskart your patience level will increase for sure😂 because u will have to do cleaning, even toilet, floor and everything like cx complaints etc, which they never mention at the time of joining nor it will be mentioned in your offer letter

...ppreciate and recognise people's who are giving their best every single time. But no they will have deductions from the salary every month for cleaning audits etc. (Where they never keep any housekeeping even in flagship stores) Whenever any store store achieves their target, it means store will get good incentives but end of the month the store will have some kind of audit to hold the incentives for all the staffs there at the store. And the kind of pressure they put for sales, insurance, high value orders, progressive orders and conversion etc. Its just next level! Lenskart is only customer oriented company ( at the same time there is lot of cheating with customers, never been transparent to the customers, which customers never know) Never ever join lenskart, Optometrist Better stay jobless rather than joining lenskart. They will make u do cleaning and sale with salary of just 22k , max 24k if u have experience. And then there is a bulsh!t guy called Oliver kaye, CXO, he puts another level of pressures to staffs for sale, cleaning and deductions every single month without any transperancy. No proper communication against shrinkage ,if x months shrinkage is more thane 0.15 % they deduct whole ammount from your salary instead of consider 0.15 waiver ,if u earn incentive more than 10k they aligned for an surprise visit ove there they deduct your 50% incentive .if u fight for any thing wrong happens with you they didn't support you instead of giving ans as talk to other departments n all

...ay. When they wake up they plan how to increase presure for ground level staffs. And how to cut the salary and incentives by sending auditors frequently at the month end when a store is very near to achive the target. Auditor came cant found any shortage in cash or on stocks no SOP's mishandling. Just they take a white handkerchip rubb the cabinets and drawers, counters found little dust sending pic to the GREAT OLIVER and what to see incentive cut salary deducted, harassment of AOM bla bla bla. And the worst part of Lenskart is regarding feedback of customers, if a customer give good rating 9 to 10 you will get 100 rs but if a customer give bad rating 0 to 6 you will get minus 200 rs. Means by hook or crook they will deduct your salary and incentives. It is impossible to make happy the every customer. Many customers are happy with store staffs behaviour but due to low quality of lens they send bad feedback. So why staffs will facing the difficulties. Its company end fault. Many more drawbacks are there in this company. I don't have so much of time to elaborate. Just one request to Mr Peeyush Bansal Sir please look after the ground level staffs talk with them because this staffs increase your revenue. Shark tank is secondary but your Lenskart is primary.

Unnecessary deduction , 0 employees value even you work 5-6 years. No job gaurenty, lowest package in the industry . Churans on the name of increment and growth. Job is only for those who are unable to find other jobs
