This is pathetic organization to work always try to cut the salary Has not given any benefit in covid time all employees were at stores then after they have not paid full salary deducted 20% salary in tuff time . CEO Piyush Bansal making money but employees are not at all happy very long shifts timing

Poor management where hiring people with low standards and that is why giving wages

Worst place to work no proper salary no proper management too much work load no proper facilities no job security and no expect of growth

You will get time to spends with your family as there is flexible shift although it is depend on your boss how they allowed

Lots of dislike 1) Termination culture: even if single CX complaint co. Didn't even think twice and terminate employee no warning nothing even if employee past records are good they don't give 2nd chance so job is not secure even in area manager level any thing happen at your store and even if you are on leave they will not listen 2) Senior Management are very impatient they always in hurry to change things and expecting a instant result they change there price and design very frequent 3) no value of area Manager feedback they treat us like a machine they give command and we have to follow if you disscuss anything logical they start yelling at you they just do acting of listening 4) even if you get better appraisal rating but your pay scale will be less 5) Lenskart academy is gimmick

Customers need to due lenskart. -No incentives -High attrition -Long working hours -They always deduct salary -No compensation pay -Worst insurance policy -Bad Management culture -Worst staff - running this organisation -They always chest customers

No work life balance , zoom calls start at 9am and job shift end at 10.30pm , tech issues due to which salary can be hold any month without prior information and you have to loss your job without doing anything wrong , Highly recommended not to join this company for any designation. Join only if u have habit to getting yourself insulted
