Worst culture of lenskart no job security as a employee you'll get only pressure and more pressure everyday from your area manager and other senior doesn't matter how good you did or doing for your store. They will not look happy in terms of sale / nps / bsc. No security on any product your salary incentive will deduct by eom, worst retail, there's no timings to go home they will force you to extend 11-12 hrs most of the time due to manpower shortage, you are not even allowed to take leaves weekoff without their permission. Never suggest anybody to work here, company has no job security has no good work culture plus they dont pay you enough the new software TrueIn they are using sucks. No work life support you will get a call on your weekoffs to work as well

Which I try from 1 year very lengthy process. And I got 350 rupees in my first appraisal and 3 years no increament after that I got 1500 rupees appraisal. Then I left this organisation.
