Management problem Big mistake I have join lenskart My role was Sales excutive but they have not disclose that in your payslip or offer letter,, you will get trouble to get new job for this Thay will not do any help if you face any kind of other problem like I have a problem with my bank account that haven't changed my salary acc ,, I have to leave my job for this small resion Also thay will suffer you for getting your fnf sattlement, thay not give you last month salary,,

Work timing is not fix, even if u are a female employee u will not be allowed to leave untill store closing,which is generally 10 pm ,safety is a big concern . Managers are generally terrible . No incentive , do not expect, they give from one hand and take from another .

You learn Multitasking and How to handle Multiple stress at a time. Managers are generally helpful and friendly.

...any knows how to reward from one hand and then loot back from 10 other hands. If they ever cut your salary for any other false reason, do not talk to HR, any way you won't be getting it back, rather look for a new job.

Work culture is good , Salary is on time and you can earn extra incentives.

Sometime you will have to extend your shift .But that’s not an issue being in sales department you have to complete your daily target.

Getting multi task work experience IT system is very good supporting, everything is on digital no paper work. You can easily start your career here in retail They will always ready for rejoin but not get pay Join but not give much time and move on

Salary increment is two low Growth but no pay u need to work in under staff salary as a manager Company’s dont have any emotion for their employees even the ZM OR Aom People come here left within a 6 months Customer is real king here every cx will shouting and post on social media Their product is good but due to un experience staff customers face a lot issues
