The worst company in my entire career. Never ever join even if they offer you good salary (I know they never, they only match your salary). They exploit you in all ways possible. This doesn't feel like software office, they treat you like daily wage labour. Please don't join and get trapped here. You will definitely regret joining. I hope all our pain would someday come back to the company and this company would vanish.

Constant manpower suffeling Cleaning done by staff When customer is not on the store, staff can't sit & don't use mobile Duty xtra hours Incentive policy is not good thats why 90% staff get 500 to 1k incentive

In initial time it was good after 2 to 3 years work culture was Tribble

This is pathetic organization to work always try to cut the salary Has not given any benefit in covid time all employees were at stores then after they have not paid full salary deducted 20% salary in tuff time . CEO Piyush Bansal making money but employees are not at all happy very long shifts timing

No support No growth They will cut your salary shink part even after it's mistake of backend an AOM worst experience even at time of FNF they will cut your salary If u r from Optical background n u want earn more money n switch your career to retail then u can join 0 experience will be added to your Optical field

Salary gets credited on time.

Dislikes

Frequent shuffling of stores. Baised and unprofessional behaviour from AOM. Partiality and politics prevails within the cluster. If you are not a big Jalra then you have to suffer. All your efforts will not get unnoticed and will not be appreciated and your growth will be stopped by the AOM by giving bad remarks to the organisation. If you are a female employee then you can survive here, you will get all privilege by being nice to the AOM. Very cheap mentality.
