Management problem Big mistake I have join lenskart My role was Sales excutive but they have not disclose that in your payslip or offer letter,, you will get trouble to get new job for this Thay will not do any help if you face any kind of other problem like I have a problem with my bank account that haven't changed my salary acc ,, I have to leave my job for this small resion Also thay will suffer you for getting your fnf sattlement, thay not give you last month salary,,

Process was Normal and not hectic for me. Work culture was good. Senior were very helpful.

... the FNF and 45 days have already been ended. Worst management I have ever seen. Salary is very low. When you will leave organization, you will face many difficulties.
