First of all I started working at Micromax past 3years my major part of the role is attending the customer which means Cco (Customer care officer) at Front office desk... After that I joined in Lenovo Motorola There also my keyrole is attending the customer Cco.There are some does and don'ts will be happen occasionally..so more I'm a person whom to convince the customer for my product dat which is repaired with some sort of problem will occured many customers will be satisfied with my words and appreciate my role and give a feedback too...so more our office atmosphere is well and good...my communication skills also been improved through this way... overall I'm satisfied with it...And my colleagues are a person they are been friendly and helpful...

Dislikes

There is no drawback to tell.. Everything was good...my only thing is want to improve my knowledge searching for new job with good package...

Slow career growth, lot of transactions and very few opportunities to learn and get enriched. A pure sales organization concerned about numbers and Sales

Overall experience is good.good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work life balance is managed well in Lenovo. The company culture allows employees to talk freely and the higher management communicate openly with Employees.

I feel the promotions and salary benefits can be relooked as i feel i am under paid.
