Well they support me by provide 2 month salary and fire me on this crucial time of corona pandemic . working culture is very good i loved this job but unfortunately i have to leave this . I expand his all over chhattisgarh empanel several dsa performance wise last i performed well before covid 19 . But this is not the way when you are in bad time they leave without giving reason . I told senior staff not to give salary upto when business not running well . But they already take decision .

..., you have to work even on Sundays. No public holiday , no other leaves allowed. 2* your variable pay is totally dependent upon your manager, if they offer you INR X , you will get x/4. 3. Unlimited work hours, so if you don’t have any other work , no hobby , no family, and you only aim or you can say , if you are born to grow this company, only join then. 4. Worst politics , no clear responsiblities, no proper work guidelines, no proper process training , and lot of arrogance in every staff. 5. Anytime they can ask you to leave Organization, no matter since how long you are working here. 6. Currently company is on cost cutting , so you can imagine the appraisals.

...tings as well , it would be very difficult for others to understand no initiatives from tech leadership to improve the existing systems very less hikes saying dumb and illogical reasons and no variable bonus payments as well dumb tech leads who don't even know how to write code , how to debug . they are here to micromanage and for timepass finally it's not even a tech company , it's operations company
