No career growth and opportunities, poor salary structure. Selfish Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, hold my promotion for three years because he want to promote his college mate. And Selfish General Manager, who wants to promote his closest and loved employee. No appreciation even if you work hard, racial discrimination, every six months promises for promotion by giving new tasks but no promotion at the end.

They usually transfer a lot to different hotels. No stability at a single hotel. They transfer each year to avoid staff aski g salary hikes. Every year staff has to prove their performance at different hotels.

All are dislikes. I worked for more than 1.5 years no appraisal no increment no salary increase on leaving the company they increased the pay. Salary very very low as compared to other lemon tree. Is you want to learn then join lemon tree only otherwise go through another

I like the work culture , where any one can directly go to higher management if you have any problems ( open door policy) . Work with sprited fun

They need to work on salary part more . Rest I love to work with my company.

The hotel staff & managers were very friendly and understading the best part of the lemon tree is they hire to those people who couldn't speak & listen it was really great to work with lemon tree. Special thanks to Azar sir (HOD) & Feroz sir (DM)🙏🏻
