The best thing at lemontree was it's open door policy. Their policy for hiring specially abled people is very good.

Dislikes

One of the major reason of leaving lemontree Premier was job security. Their salary structure needs to be worked on as it affects the overall profile of the candidates. They pay a very low salary as they pay service charge to all the employees but service charge is not considered in other companies.

I like the work culture , where any one can directly go to higher management if you have any problems ( open door policy) . Work with sprited fun

Lemon tree is a good hotel where is employee taking care is good ,career growth training program & Team work also there ,good environment.

Im working with lemontree hotel in Goa Amarante bech resort from 2009 to 2012 then some promotion issue and salary increment im left the hotel , Then im join in Lemontree hotel vadodara i got good opportunity as a Housekeeping Manager.with lase salary due to that Resone im agin left the Lemontree vadodara

All are dislikes. I worked for more than 1.5 years no appraisal no increment no salary increase on leaving the company they increased the pay. Salary very very low as compared to other lemon tree. Is you want to learn then join lemon tree only otherwise go through another

Lemon Tree Hotels always help in learning. We are associate but we know manager level work.

Dislikes

The thing that I only don't like it that is salary increment is too slow. Associates and supervisor are getting same salary, same new joinees and experienced person are getting same.
