Company runs under Dictatorship, Hitler was better compared to him. No humanity allowed inside the premises. Please take my advice, don't spoil your career by joining.Think ten time before joining the company. No respect for your position or your experience. After joining the company I saw Google reviews and i felt bad while working there. MD will interfere in each and every matter. MD will always watch company CCTV and keep in scolding everytime. If you don't trust me, join you will experience. Some points are not added here because I do not want to discuss here.

The MD doesnt understand the market.he micromanages everything and everybody. He doesn't have any idea on how to run a company. One of the worst companies. Don't ever think of joining this company. You'll lose your career. MD acts like a Hitler. And he desires only yes men around him. Nobody around him has the guts to say the truth regarding the market scenario.. God bless those who work in this company

worst company I Never seen such company. There is no value of experience and position. we have to work like labor no work culture no system. Don't spoil your work life. not a good company. They will remove you any time, No job security. Any minute the MD will throw you from The job.he won't pay the full and finally settlement dues. He will tell number of reasons for not paying your salaries. Not spoil your career and family life by joining this company. your wives will divorce you because you will be working for only MD growth not for your self growth. Every signal minute. Employees used to think about MD every day which employee was removed today. Every day the MD screams bad wards to the staff. Leitz India it's not a company, it's a central jail. If you join Leitz ,No one knows when you will lose your job eventually you will go into depression.
