Management is poor, No career growth this company is running a training school for freshers, freshers come take 1 yrs experience and they leave company because no increment no job security no benefit. For freshers this place is best come complete one yrs take certificate leave

This company also excel in promoting a healthy work- life balance which has been instrumental in providing me with a sense of peace and mental stability. I find this company to be a unique place where this aspects are prioritised.
