"Overall, my experience at leisurely stay has been mixed. The work environment and benefits are zero, but there's been no increment in salary after one year completing also Requests for an increment are met with silence from management, and there's a sense of instability with the potential for forced exits don't follow any compliance as per the laws which followed by India company act. However, COO Mr. Vineet Kumar stands out for his helpful nature, strong leadership, and support for career growth. While there are challenges, his presence makes a positive difference."

Management is poor, No career growth this company is running a training school for freshers, freshers come take 1 yrs experience and they leave company because no increment no job security no benefit. For freshers this place is best come complete one yrs take certificate leave

Additionally, I found the CEO and COO to be remarkably approachable and open to new ideas, fostering a collaborative environment. This company also excel in promoting a healthy work- life balance which has been instrumental in providing me with a sense of peace and mental stability. I find this company to be a unique place where this aspects are prioritised.
