The team and management. No transparency. Hard working people will not stay because of stupid office politics. They talk about the diversity but in name of diversity they hire non performing candidates and promote non deserving employee.

Sometimes management don't listen to the feedback giving in regards to the work pressure and load. Do not get Headcount easily they give a lot of work to handle to 1 employee many different things to do. Growth is very very slow. Don't get promotion easily. Rewards and recognition not good always give it to sales team

The company is innovative in it's product line and readily adopts new technology. Very good acceptability in customers.

Dislikes

Management is not supportive to employees, always blaming for no reason. Too much of reporting and worst part is you need to get approvals for everything.
