1)Salary is very low as for Software Engineer 2)No appraisal even after 2 years 3)No extra activities only work 4)R&D department is not at all helpful. They only give instructions and you have to do all R&D by yourself. 5) Saturday is working

Nothing, the company has nothing to offer.Be jobless rather than working here.

Dislikes

The salary are delayed, you will be fired for even taking sick leave, expected to work even when you are in hospital. No empathy from senior authorities. You won't get any bonus or diwali presents. No increment for Upto 3 years, No growth, once you resign you will have to beg for your hard earned money or go through legal process to get it. So better take your salary and resign without notice period.

The overall experience with Legitquest was amazing. The culture there is very friendly and superiors are always to support you if you get stuck somewhere. This is a start-up so a lot more has to be changed but it is very good place to work.

Dislikes

Sometimes the environment was too friendly which shouldn’t be. Work is also very important.

It is a great platform to showcase your talent. Management is good and HR is very supportive. The team members are great and you will love working with them as they are always available to help each other. The best thing is the work timing flexibility.

All Saturdays are working, it should be alternate Saturdays off.

No dress code. Lenient timings. Work/life balance is good. Colleagues and Bosses are nice and kind.

Dislikes

Have to work on Saturdays. At least 2-3 Saturdays (in a month) must be off. Not enough vacation days in the official calendar.
