Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

1. No salary hike: usually companies provide some certain hikes after probation period, but here there is not. 2. Appraisals: employee appraisals are nowhere to be seen in this company. 3. No proper communication regarding work: they don't explain clearly about the work procedure. 4. No learning and development: there is no chance to learn new things and also no good exposure. 5. No job security: they will ask you to resign from the organization whenever they need by giving false reasons.
