Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

It's only the name of the company that sounds good.

Dislikes

The stupid rules that the company comes up with doesn't create order, but kills employee morale. Second is the overzealous policy of doing overtime especially for those working in QA documentation, export and accounts Dept.

Worst company I ever work with, No limit of working hour you have to work 12 to 15 hrs a days without overtime. Dominance of management in every task

Dislikes

No Job Security, Mental Harassment, Limitless Extra hours of work, Fake documentation.
