They are like use and throw, daily 12 hrs of work and not even recognization as such. Too many changes happens in overall management, no structure in managing the projects, anyone comes in between and discuss about the project. Their mantra is first project later you and your personal lif.

They do pay salaries on time, but when the project budget is low, they can fire you at any time without giving you the chance to serve the notice period, and you won’t receive your 3 months' salary. The behavior of the project managers is terrible. Even when you’re working from home, you’ll have to work until midnight. The work environment here is very toxic. I strongly advise you not to join this company."

1) Project management is not good. Some leads , architect , mangers are not doing their work properly & just blaming on others specially on developers. Their ego is main problem. 2) In most of the projects not creating proper architecture & started implementation which result in complete mess & that's why new employees are left company in small duration. 3) Because of project management issues , working hours are also extreme high. Most of the people are facing health issues like High Blood pressure , headache etc.
