Dislikes

Won't recommend working there! They give too much work pressure constantly. No significant growth in salary no matter how well you perform. No befits or bonus, no PF, and if you forgot to fill the report at the end of the day, you get no payment for that day. Makes you work on Sundays too. Salary is delayed every month.

Management is very cooperative and always encourage to work independently . Liberty to build strategy and always help to take decision.

Dislikes

Company policies is good but not applied onsite projects. Do not contact with client to companies. So communication gap faced in projects site.
