Nothing at all! Worst organisation, I’ve ever worked with. There is no humanity left in this organisation and specially the owner is highly educated with no ethics & rules. If you ask about culture, there is no respect for employees at all. Will talk sweetly in-front of you, but at ur back they will curse or abuse you. Heard so many cases like this.

...it the floor they will force you to come on Saturday’s without any pay for that. And if you took a leave on that day, ur 3 days salary will be deducted. These guys were running pay after placement and they themself will not provide you any information, that it’s a loan procedure with high interest for US students. And the management will not provide you the full incentive's for the target you’ve achieved, even though it has been disbursed by the financial partner to the organisation. The owner has money for keeping parties and stuff, for doing his trips and all. But he doesn’t have, when it comes to the salary and incentive part. They will change their policy at the time of your incentive date. Will not consider as a red flag! It’s a black flag organisation and will not recommend anyone to work for this uneducated, unethical organisation.

The Company is Good means that you will never pressurize for work here. The management of learning saint are supportive for their each employee. Here i Join the company 3 month before but only thing i can say if you want a company that make you feel like a home then i don't you will have a have better option than learning saint.

As a potential candidate interested in Learning Saint Private Limited, I did thorough research before committing, and I’m glad I did. Learning Saint claims to be an online education platform operating in the US, UK, and India. However, I discovered that their so-called offices in the US and UK are completely fake. For example, the US address they provide—"16192, Coastal Highway Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex"—is just a virtual address with no physical office. The same applies to their UK operations. Their only real office is in India, and while they advertise a "Pay After Placement" program, this is misleading. They offer a loan of $6000 to candidates in the US, but after interest, candidates end up paying more than $15,000. Worst of all, they have no actual partnerships with companies in the US, UK, or even India for job placements. It seems like Learning Saint is only focused on taking money from candidates, with no genuine placement assistance or support. I decided not to enroll after realizing how many false promises this company makes. Everything from their operations to their guarantees feels fake. If you're considering joining, I strongly advise you to dig deeper before making any decisions.
