Nothing at all! Worst organisation, I’ve ever worked with. There is no humanity left in this organisation and specially the owner is highly educated with no ethics & rules. If you ask about culture, there is no respect for employees at all. Will talk sweetly in-front of you, but at ur back they will curse or abuse you. Heard so many cases like this.

Don’t have any sense to run a business, running it like a small grocery store. The policies will kept on changing as per the situation and mood of the owner. By the time of your interview, they will tell it’s a fix off on weekends. However, when you hit the floor they will force you to come on Saturday’s without any pay for that. And if you took a leave on that day, ur 3 days salary will be deducted. These guys were running pay after placement and they themself will not provide you any information, that it’s a loan procedure with high interest for US students. And the management will not provide you the full incentive's for the target you’ve achieved, even though it has been disbursed by the financial partner to the organisation. The owner has money for keeping parties and stuff, for doing his trips and all. But he doesn’t have, when it comes to the salary and incentive part. They will change their policy at the time of your incentive date. Will not consider as a red flag! They are just a bunch of people Operating a scam on the name of providing education . The CEO is illiterate and having no etiquettes and basic human behaviour how to treat their employees . You'll be forced to follow their instructions or otherwise your salary would be on hold . Don't waste your time joining this fraudulent organisation.

The Company is Good means that you will never pressurize for work here. The management of learning saint are supportive for their each employee. Here i Join the company 3 month before but only thing i can say if you want a company that make you feel like a home then i don't you will have a have better option than learning saint.

After working 3 months for this fake company , I have discovered that Learning Saint Pvt Ltd claims to be a global online education platform operating in the US, UK, and India, but the reality is quite different. Their so-called offices in the US and UK are completely fake. For example, the US address they provide—"16192, Coastal Highway Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex"—is just a virtual address with no physical office. The same applies to their UK operations. Their only real office is in India, which raises doubts about their global presence. They also promote a "Pay After Placement" program, but it’s highly misleading. They offer a loan of $6,000 to candidates in the US, but with interest, candidates end up paying more than $15,000. Worse, they have no real partnerships with companies in the US, UK, or India for job placements. It seems the company is more focused on collecting money from candidates than providing actual placement support. Internally, the work environment is unprofessional. Employees are kept in the dark about important policies and pressured with unrealistic targets in a hostile environment. There are reports of verbal abuse and unreasonable behavior from management, creating a toxic atmosphere.
