A comfortable platform for me to tutor school students as well as college students from CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE & American syllabi. The student coordinators are really helpful & responsive. love my students! They are smart, adorable, hardworking and fun to teach!! There are only 1 on 1 sessions, no group sessions which is v comfortable to provide individual attention to each of them. I always look forward to teach them. Overall satisfactory experience, good organisation.

Dislikes

Biggest disappointment for me is v few number of classes are being conducted. Students are continously absent which is extremely annoying. It's satisfactory for now because the reviews I read for other online E-learning companies which are worse, makes me thankful to be a part of this organisation!

Dislikes

I dont like the policy of waiting for 10 minutes for student to come. If student comes, teacher gets payment, n if student does not come, teacher has to wait for 10 minutes and don't get any payment. In this case also teacher must get payment.

Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
