It's a good place for freshers . Everyone is treated well here and respected. The Bengals culture is prevalent at this company which makes it liberal. But there are no to less women in the engineering department. . If you're a proactive fresher it's great as you get less pay but more attention from experienced people and lots of one on one interaction.

Dislikes

The only drawback is less salary , slow growth and working too hard. You need to be loyal and proactive to the company to reap all the benefits. Also less flexibility and no work from.home.

If you are having the multiple skills and talent as per your cadre, definitely you will get repeated chance to explore it. I found all site staffs, office staffs and even holding top managerial positions are pragmatic and cooperative minded. Undoubtedly we have faced lots of challenges and hindrances in terms of work, but in each and every steps you will be monitored/guided (if any) which will help you to come out of the poor situation. This is a good working platform for those who are having expertise, knowledge, certification and positive approach to make their career in Highway, Expressway, Bridge, Infrastructure development etc. During my tenure, I have interacted with AP, Karnataka and Maharashtra sites/offices where found positive moral value and proactive work culture.

Dislikes

1. Applicable to all cadre: I think the salary structure should be revised w.r.t. present market value. 2. Welfare outside office: Bachelor and family accommodation (house/stay) shall be availed. 3. Job Security: Temporary and permanent both staffs are realizing from their inside it may be 50-50 during the end of the project. It should be managed properly. 4. Digitalization: To be improved in this regards.

...sider someone's problem and very unfaithful and unsupportive to their employees. Don't even helpful to their employees who have given their many years to this company even in less salary and no promotions. Internal politics and nepotism is too high.
