... busy time. No benefit they are given form my starting career. No career Growth. Hr always detected your salary with reason. They never ever follow Ethics. All management was psycho. All money minded people. Please don't Go there and don't spoil your Career.

There is too much of politics And management doesn't address our issues. No career growth and no job training.

Nice and friendly team. I enjoyed learning new skills.

Management is still on old traditional way like no questions to be asked, deductions, 3 months notice or pay equal amount, talk bad on reference check even if you resigned with proper notice and joint in other another organisation. Very slow career progress. Paid lower from the market.

A lot of career opportunities and good work environment, also an individual gets proper work life balance. Many cultural programmes being conducted to encourage and give an off time.

Professionals being paid less salary when compared to other competitor companies.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Worst place I had ever work.So old thinking people,plays politics,no career growth,no salary structure,poor formality hospitality & re heated unhygienic food service. Don't want to visit again.

Not a single thing I thing most of the staff likes about Le Meridien. Poor selfish Management, who only works Money for them selves not for the staff nor for the owner.
