...at landscape. True palace vibes and great food. Hotel has very high potential. Also, they are probably the best pay masters, you salary will never be delayed.

Dislikes

The management has laid back approach towards employees and moreover non-prospective approach towards adapting or embracing change. There are sets of good friendly staff & other set of two faced people. Otherwise they serve great food at Cafeteria but somehow too much management restrictions. Also, resignation is considered as crime and stay assured they will make you pay for it even after serving notice period.

... busy time. No benefit they are given form my starting career. No career Growth. Hr always detected your salary with reason. They never ever follow Ethics. All management was psycho. All money minded people. Please don't Go there and don't spoil your Career.

There is too much of politics And management doesn't address our issues. No career growth and no job training.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Worst place I had ever work.So old thinking people,plays politics,no career growth,no salary structure,poor formality hospitality & re heated unhygienic food service. Don't want to visit again.

Not a single thing I thing most of the staff likes about Le Meridien. Poor selfish Management, who only works Money for them selves not for the staff nor for the owner.

Management is still on old traditional way like no questions to be asked, deductions, 3 months notice or pay equal amount, talk bad on reference check even if you resigned with proper notice and joint in other another organisation. Very slow career progress. Paid lower from the market.
