One of the worst work culture and company culture is also bad no job security.no any benifit instead of benifit this organization cutter the money from your salary.no any extra performance awards.managment is wrost no any facility for staff or worker.even in lunch or dinner is unhygienic.

Very bad culture bas panelty har baat par. Bas jo Reference par aate hai unhi ka Job safe hai baai kab job se laat maar ke bhgaa diye jaoge pata nai. Inke rule vo wale hai jo bas shop flore pr kaam karte vhi follow kare baaki kuch bhi kare

Dislikes

Ye jo 3 month ke baad incriment kar denge kar ke bulate hai or fer jhelo Admin or dept ke panelty. Bas eshi company me koi job na kare yhi bolunga 2 saal me abhi tak incriment nai hua or 10k ki panelty ja chuki hai or ha Diwali pr bonus 100₹ hi milta hai

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
