I loved working there as it was a startup organisation in India and it was a challenging role to hire people for a startup organisation. All-over enjoyed my journey over there. Looking forward to to rejoin.

Career growth and job security issues

What was there to like, they hired people who were already in steady job assuring a lot that we are a growing company and all that sh##. Then after a short time letting them go because they misjudged the market and are not able keep up the requirements of the situation. A company with no vision at all.

Dislikes

Everything, no management, no extra perks, not at all helpful HR department nd sh##ty policies. No one knows whats going arround and everyone wants to avoid responsibility.

Likes

Team mates were cooperative, compensation package was good, there were learnings, work environment was excellent, work life balance was good.

Dislikes

company did not do good business in India. So had to shut down.
