It's good platform for freshers who looking for job in design. And company environment is well and working hours is also well. And have rotational shifts.

And not for good who want to continue here because salary growth is not well and this company use Creo elements software which is not use in India generally. So after getting so much experience here is not beneficial for other companies when you want to switch.

Working environment is too good ,team work and employees are very helpful.increment ,bonus and other allowances are also good they provide good salary hike every year.the best thing I like about lazer ken is this that its employees are satisfied with their job and salary...

I think there should be some large area for cafeteria where we can walk after having our meals ..

Some ops employees are good only in the company.

Management is so bad. HR is just to make salary. Bad appraisals always. Only salary comes on time. Rest all payments delays always. Even director ate retention bonus of 15 employees as 15000/each. I am head of shift there but get only 300 rupees extra salary.

FOR STUDENTS OR CAREER STATERS IS GOOD BUT FOR LONG TERM GROWTH IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

No job security, If you give 90%UP productivity and than after company's superior tell that "your performance is not good enough and we will thinking or our office will decide to terminate you in future from your job". This is not good for anyone. Love your job but don’t love your company, because you may not know when your company stops loving you!

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a good cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair. This company best for freshers.
