Nothing, if you join then you're done. They will provide you with very less salary and ask you to do manual labour saying it's a cyber security job.

Dislikes

Layatech private limited - very good work place,new Networking technical skills development improve, troubleshoot and issue clear experience gain development, future move process, overall company is good,not bad.

Dislikes

Employee job role not stable overall works handling, sometimes stress overload. Otherwise company future move style good and well development.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
