Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The company has no such policy to encourage and motivate it's employees, during covid they promised full salary and even after taking all the online classes and even after attending their forceful in house seminar and forcefully commenting and likes on their social media posts they didn't pay their employees. They payed only 40 percent and the director threatened the employes that if they don't like each and every post on Facebook the college will cut their salary

The director always threatened the employees to cut their salary if they don't like their Facebook post and don't comment on the same. Expert webinar was organised for students and the director threatened the employees to attend the same to increase the audience or else he will cut the salary .
