Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The Chougule Group of companies is 100 years old India's Biggest company. Mainly working in mines, ship building, ship repairs for international clients as well for Indian Coast guard ship, exports materials out of india, many car showrooms in india know as Chougule Industries, also working in Civil sector for water-proofing material, also working in helthcare, have many Hospitals, etc., always deals with international clients. Have many international ports in Goa, Jaigad (Ratnagiri) and Mumbai. so I am proud of working with big company.

Company is very big & good but something HR management issue, there was no job security, always workload, no appraisal.
