Likes

An average workplace with a handful of staff. Company policies are only to be followed by the Employee. No support from the management. No proper work environment, no pay raises and no benefits career wise

Dislikes

...e, one day you will be a designer and the other day a helper cleaning wardrobes. No proper timings, and no overtime salary provided. No facilities available regarding food and transportation. There is no growth in knowledge.. It's more of a trap than a job. The owner is always insecure and pokes their nose in every conversation (professional and personal).
