They give salary on time. Nothing else is good here.

HR buys the awards for the company. There is no work-life balance at all, your manager can call at 1AM in the night and VC is normal thing here at 8AM. They do not care about the life of sale team here, in channel sale they force you to meet minimum 20 people on daily basis and you can not skip your market visits even a single in this pandemic. Now you can judge how they work or treat their people.

Lava is a very good company which empowers the employee , Recognising the Performance , Giving training on Work and Life oriented skills .. to groom your mental and physical fitness , and i can balance my work life with my family.

...only thing is it is a growing company sometimes there are some financial issues there in terms of salary delay

Nothing as company is not able to fix KPI. It changes as per mood of company. Comparison is with Samsung but brand image is poor. Product line is very poor Just a push company by paying employees heavily and giving outdated product line.

...g is good. Hiring firing organisation is now in a very poor financial condition. Company is Unable to pay salary to its employee ,expenses and scheme pay out is on hold. Terrible top management which does not have any road map towards growth. Product team is especially responsible for such situation as they were unable to provide product as per demand. Incompetent management has led to people looking for job outside.
