No job security so no job satisfaction, no carrier growth, no salary increments especially poorly dispatching safety equipment than employees

There is no timing not clear work over day very different feeling ,main HOD who will support then supporting person only growth other person only for Ideal and hard works provide tourching the job if any reply the answer shouting the manager says hello guy if interest do work other wise please give me resignation latter ask any small mistake are unwanted matters. my experience time observed.
