There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Everything was good only suggestion that I want to give is while taking any projects management decisions please think from junior level , How much pressure will be junior (Associate levels ) and work accordingly to that .

Politics. Salary could be better, Overtimes should only be done when necessary and not expected from the employee. Work location is far from city.
