...o issue this company.because I know very well.i worked l&t power in third party.salary got in time.growth all employees.but I dislike this company for training is not given new joinees

Appraisals are not that great you need to join at higher slab to ensure good pay scale

As a work at design office, i get enough time to do other activities like playing games , family time , travelling. Also the opportunity to learn new from different learning programmes, projects and all.

Some company policies on leaves, medical insurances and pay scale.

Appraisal system, training to top rated employees, Campus selected employees, on time salary, all eligible benefits on time. HR system is very string. System based. Not personal request required.

Dislikes

Working timing.same type of job rotation. Pressure bound and answarable to these.
