Company policies are good i.e. salary is on time. higher management is good.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. No fix time of working. Sometimes it is from 10 to 12 hours. For contracts employee they close the contract no further extension as your dedication don't matters to company.

Too much work load even not sutisfied with 12 hours dedicated duty. However salary and perks are little bit lesser than Govt Pay scale. If you have no choice for government service, it is best amoung private construction sector.

Contractors payment is pending from 3-6 month, and management pressurise to us for achieving our target, how is that possible? Most of the project are in huge losses due to management and company policy, no one can beat them There are partiality between DET , GET and Lateral entry people,

No coordination Hierarchy comes first Only GETS and planning team comes first without any experience same for promotion Needs to accept blindfolded decision Ratings to the staff is based on biad

New joiners are getting good designation & package as well but old employees are not getting promotion on time & increasement also very poor. Staff's actual evaluation is zero.
