7 am to 8 pm work time. No extra pay for extra work. No legal support. All you have to do is yourself. Seniors have there own regulations and they never talk about company's policy. No support from whistle blowing team.

You won't have life working in L&T. Favouritism & buttering is the Only way to get promotion. Even after working 12 hours you are expected to work more while favourites are chilling.
