12to13hrs work, wo extra hrs pay, salary hike also max1% if you are not having promotion, which happens once in 3to5 yrs. Appraisal also will be given how good connection you have with Boss, ork performance is secondary. MYZONE is the greatest eyewash in the name of performance review.

A good thing is that our salary will get before ending of month. And also a good platform to work with L&T LTD as a permanent staff only.
