Salary credited on due date or before due date. Big brand name. feeling proud to be associated with this organisation

the appraisal system and no exposure for warehouse people who are one of the key role player in P&L of any site

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are cooperative and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling out. Company policies are not good, valuations are not fair and they do not give good salary increase and bonus every year. They misbehave with the employees of North Indian.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is good but career growth is slow. But new employees are not trained.

Car for getting from Room to site & salary timing is fix nd correct, job security is good, company management is very good Behaviour etc.

...rt in difficul time and not giveing to opportunity to life. Work pressure high. Working timings also high compare to salary. They are not providing Health cards ( ESI). Not given on time bounces.
